This is my new Ford Raptor with 2 coats of DuraGloss 105/601 and 1 coat of Collinite 915. Also has one coat after a wash of pinnacle liquid soverin spray on wax.
So, here it is. Got my truck last week and thanks to everyone's help I got her bullet proof and shining.
Washed with Griots Car Wash.
Clayed with Mother's Clay Kit
Then put 2 coats of 105/601.
Topped with Collonite 915.
It looks awesome...combination really makes the Tuxedo Black Metal...
I mixed too much Duragloss 105/601 last weekend by accident and the wife ended up using some of it on the glass shower door and enclosure. It beads awesome and she is hoping soap scum will be easier to clean.
Never thought about iron x on grill. Will it work on stainless u think?
I did one panel at a time, put it on thin and wiped it off. If I didnt' get it off right away it was a little hard to wipe off, but man does it look good. I live in San Diego, so I can't say how the beading is since it only rains one day in February here.

After the first cOat that I mixed in the pad, I was nervous I didn't get it on so I mixed 105/601 in shake bottle and applied another coat the next day. I did notice that the next day it did feel really silky. Like silk sheets.
