The drivers side went well but by the time i got to the passenger side it must have been too contaminated.
I didnt even touch the hood after i didnt have success on the passenger side.

Yes. Drivers side entire side was repainted and cleared due to deer collision. Passenger side was dented (span across doors) at the body shop. Im assuming the doors were both repainted and cleared...
So I went back and did some correct this past weekend on my 2012 STi on the swirls i had caused not washing the car thoroughly enough. With my new Rupes :) I knocked out the drivers side of the car with ease using Meguires cutting foam pad with Rupes polish. I had 80% correction with that...
The towels look clean for the most part but there are definitely spots that are soiled. Like i said by the side skirts and real wheels. I do wash my MF after every use. Are they compromised or will the wash get most dirt out so i can re-use?
I was leaning this way too. Ive never had problems in the past with microfibers or drying. I think the touchless isnt removing all dust and dirt and im spreading it around. I do notice i sometimes will getting a very soiled MF when i get down to the side skirts.

So about a month ago i did a full correction on my sti and it looked amazing. Since then ive just been maintaining with weekly washes and then wipe down with chemical guys quick detailer sealant spray. I was in the direct sun yesterday and noticed swirls/scratches had returned! See pic below...
