    Back up polisher

After missing a few hundred dollars having my flex out of order I decided to invest in a smaller orbital as a back up machine. The PC isn't offered at 230v so we have to find other options. The chinese DAS6 is sold at around $240 here, it looks like a PC but I think its too much money for an...

HELP urgent! Flex 3401 stop working

Yes thats it! 2 wires under the top screw and one under the other, only that my wires are blue and brown for some reason, blue is neutral. I put a 4 meters cord in it, should go longer but Ive got a 6 meters extension so 10 meters is all good. Happy Xmas everybody!

Thanks Bobby Yes I just chopped the power cord in half and opened the back of the unit. I cleaned it up and rechecked all connections, put it all together and now it works if the top of the cord that exits the unit is bending downwards, if I put it up my shoulder the cord will bend upwards and...

HELP urgent! Flex 3401 stop working

Yes 230v around here, but my flex is 230v. I use the simple adaptor to the aussie power point. I changed to the local one yesterday and problem persists. Problem seems to be in the power cord...?

    **Sanding Scratches...

On dark hard paint can be a problem even 2000 grit. For extreme situations I use the yellow LC pad and presta cut cream or power gloss but get ready for some serious swirls with these combos.

HELP urgent! Flex 3401 stop working

Dear Autogeek forum friends, I bought my flex from autogeek about 1 year and 8 months ago. I've been using on 3 or 4 jobs jobs every week, I like it. A few weeks ago I started to have what seemed to be an electrical problem. It would stop working and if i unplug and plug it back and twist the...

    xc 3401 w/ 6" wool pad?

I wouldn't buy the LC purple wool pad, my flex xc3401 works much better with LC foam pads, orange being first choice for compounding. Every time I try the purple fake wool pads I get back straight away to my ccs or Chem guys hexlogic pads. Also if you got a flex dont waste your $ with surbuf...
