I also did a test last year on my Tempest Blue (dark) Jetta, half panel Bead Maker and half panel Griots Ceramic 3 in 1 Wax, it was noticeable how BM half was more dusty than the Griots... I actuallybposted here in a thread and several people agreed that they had similar issues. I love BM...

Griots polishes are super easy to use and effective

Excellent question, I use them on 90-95% dry paint, I normally use a leaf blower to take away the big majority of the water and then I go with a plush towel applying the topper and getting any drip of remqining water... Why you prefer Need for Bead over Bead Maker if I can ask?

I have right now UQW, DP Need for Bead and Turtle Wax Spray Wax I like the 3 but I think UQW is the one that improves the gloss less, it does improves it but less than the other 2. Like I said, I used bead maker in the past, loves the results but had some dust issues, never used the 3D product

First time I used bead maker it blew me away but then I had the dust issue during the first 8 hours, might be user fault for leaving the car outside the garage

So what Ive found is that is partially true because 99% of car leather is pigmented and coated. BUT, this coat lets the leather breathe, so a conditioner will keep it soft and nice but will not help with abrasion or stains, that is where a sealant will help. Supposedly a leather coating focus...

That is the product Im using, Leather Protector and Leatger Shield from Colourlock. It works wonders but when I get dye transfer on that beige and clean it then I have to reapply protector, wait 24hrs and apply shield. Also I need to be reapplying both every 4 months anyway and even the combo...

Same thing happened to me after I applied carpro Dlux to my Jetta plastics, after like 3 months of the application I used a bug and tar remover and it fell on the plastic staining it. I have tried everything without succed with the exception of solutions finish or a polish

So the leather bead it but you think it just wipe off or it actually went in and topped the shield? Do you feel any difference before and after the leather coating application?
