That's strange ? I know some people don't care for Wal-Mart for various reason. But their return policy is pretty good. They have always taken returns back no questions asked. My son works there and he has told me crazy stories of people returning VERY well used items.

I used to sprinkle carpet fresh (baking soda) on the carpets in my home once a month. After a good vacuuming they did smell fresher. A few years ago I pulled up my carpets to do an acid etched stain project. Under the carpet there was so much carpet fresh I could write my name in it.
I have the Wagner. For the price it's not bad. It takes awhile to heat up. You get about 45 minutes to hour use from it. I'm not sure how long it's going to last. I hope that it last until it I buy a more professional model.
