I was thinking about using the brush that came in the touch up bottles. Also, this is a salvage car and I believe those two doors were repainted. I don't know for sure though because my uncle took care of repairs. How do I tell if it is factory paint or repainted?

I have a problem with my paint. It bubbled out,peeled,and fell off. It is down to the metal. I have primer, factory matched touch up paint, and clearcoat. Would it be possible to fix it with these? Any help into fixing the problem would be appreciated.
