I had the same thing happen. I noticed when I received the pads that one was already loose. I used it for five minutes and it flew apart. I put the other pad on on used it for 2.5 -3 hours and it was fine. Contacted autogeek and they sent me two more pads.

Don't know if it's been covered already but I noticed the subscribed thread notifications are very slow.
