Hey Jarred the new place looks great!... How long of a lease did you have to sign to start off with? Did they require you to pay the lease up or atleast a handful of months up front or anything like that?
I did all that but I diluted 3 parts water to 1 part hydro2... was pretty sure that's what the bottle said but now I'm seeing 4:1 everywhere lol :/

I have a convertible Corvette to detail next week. The top is in really good condition has just a couple "shiney" spots which is very light wear... I am under the impression I can not remove those so my question is on how to clean the top thats in good condition?
