Here in Central NJ, now varies from $3.50 - $4.05 per gallon. Going to store my '06 V8 Explorer Limited, and get out and wax the bicycle for any trips to the store within 5 miles or so. No more "Sunday drives" !

Welcome aboard, DrMark. I'm sure you will find this site helpful. Remember, a clean car is a happy car, and the cleaner and slicker the surface, the more mpg's, due to less drag.

Before you wax the cars, get a clay bar kit, you'd be surprised the crap it removes from your paint. You have to remember, when using the clay bar, you have to keep the surface "moist", using a detailing mist, or whatever comes in the kit. If you get too much drag, then it's not wet enough...
