If you're looking for another Sonax product to try, I recommend EX 04-06. It's one of the best polishes I've ever used.

Been driving my 6 speed TL for the last 6 years. At this point, I can't imagine going back to an automatic.

Ammo Hydrate was designed specifically for the task you are mentioning. Plus it's easy to use. You don't even have to buff it off, just wipe it on and disappears.

I've also had an impossible time getting all of the blue coloring out of the pads. But I wonder if that's all that is, a color stain? If that's case, then I would think if they're cleaned thoroughly, that they should be fine to use with other polishes.

I have done the washer mod to my 21 and although it helps, it still stops rotating if the panel isn't flat enough. Don't get me wrong, I still really like the machine and it is the most pleasant buffer to use in my experience. I also had a flex 3401 and I never found a panel I couldn't get it...
