Well, I ended up putting on 4 coats of 303 protectant. This actually minimized the appearance of the scratches quite a bit.
I still am wondering if there is anything else that can be done.
See the 1st photo for reference. Any products/techniques that you think will be helpful to minimize the scratches?
I also included some exterior shots of my car with winter tires and rims. The pics were taken with my phone, so not the best quality.

Will this have more water resistance than 303 protectant? I already have 303, but the label does not mention anything about water resistance. The product seems to be focused on UV protection.
