Yeah you don't want to spray manifolds or pipes but a little overspray won't cause problems. Seems to hold up extremely well to the elemyents. Car wash will not wash that stuff off easily. I thought there was none left on the frame but when I touched it there was still a layer from last year...

I finished winterizing my truck yesterday with fluid film. I have a 13 year old truck that doesn't look it underneath thanks to the 2 previous owners use of this product. I bought a nice kit online from a company in Massachusetts.

Thanks for the tip trekkerruss i'll give that a try. Have both of those items. Usually only use distilled water for the humidors.

Haven't tried anything more than, dare I say it, windex. I'm new to detailing & don't know what products are out there to fix this.
