    CCS orange pads gone soft?

Hi All I used 2 brand new orange ccs pads yesterday and after use I wash them and stick them facing down on a rack to dry (as per normal). After they had dried I went back and found that they were much softer. this was after the first use! They were used with M105. Any ideas? or is this normal?
