my take from the reviews would be definitely replace the foam cannon (i already have 2). if i get one, i may just try it with the existing hose and eventually upgrade.
Same. Unless I've noticed something on the passenger side that drove me to do the cleaning. My passenger isn't as careful when it comes to keeping things in the car clean.
I thought that concern raised was the material on the seals. I was wondering if you could just buy an alkaline seal rebuild kit and retrofit the regular sprayers/foamers.
They do make a lid now for the smaller ones so you could just remove the head for storage, flush it out, etc. but that...
Are you concerned about leaving alkaline product in it? IK is coming out with alkaline versions of their sprayers/foamers, if they haven't already started to.
yeah, I think there's a very thin layer in the middle of the Flat Outs. If i pull the two sides apart, one ends up being thicker between your fingers and you can move that inner layer to the other side. They don't have a ton of structure so you can easily get a corner under door handles, etc...
They're not vastly different than Griot's microfiber wash clothes but those are more rigid. They remind me of the multiple towels I use when doing rinseless.
