What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Tried out the Ryobi with a 3/8 hose, Tutuluck spray gun and Raincovo foam cannon. Overall it’s pretty decent. The spray gun has some hand fatigue from using it. One thing I don’t like about electric pressure washers is the ramp up to full pressure which was noticeable with the foam cannon. The foam cannon foams as good as my high dollar one and it was $29. Maybe better.

I tried Bilt Hamber Touchless, not sure how to do PiR, so I read the directions and it said it’s good for 4-5 washes, so I poured about 1/4 of the bottle in the snow foam cannon. I imagine I put to much because it was foam nation. Then I used GSF for the hand wash and used one of Klasses drying aids.
Car needs major paint work but it looks good for a daily.

What kind of foam cannon is your expensive one? What made you go with a 3/8 hose? Do you like it? Or is it heavy?

So it's been almost a week since I applied Gyeon Q2 Wax and washed it everyday since and I've gotta tell you, as you all know, the glow from caranuba....🤌(as well as other ingredients)

The MTM Hydro pf22.2 or whatever it is. I watched a review where a guy used the stock hose, a 1/4 and a 3/8. The 1/4 was better than the stock hose for pressure and GPM. The 3/8 gave a little more pressure and a little more flow over the 1/4.
It’s heavier. That’s for sure. I’m on the fence about it still.

50/50 mix in the foam cannon might be a good start. you can do something like shown below.

Actually, I forgot the recommended PIR for v2 of Touchless is half of v1 so make that about a 1/4 soap, not 50/50.
