    Pine Sap in Winter?

I have the same problem and it's almost definitely the pine trees. I have 7 in my front yard and both mine and the wife's cars are covered in what seems to be the same little "dots." Only thing you really can do is keep it covered or deal with it until the next wash. I clean the glass a lot...

    Foreal...?

My car isn't even close to perfect right now but I had a situation similar to a few of these the other night. Driving to a Christmas parade my daughter was in and my wife starts tapping the passenger window to show me something. I say "So I guess that's why there's always finger prints on that...

Harbor Freight DA Polisher - New

I picked up one of the HF DA's yesterday. I haven't had a chance to use it yet and won't until I decide and buy whatever pads I'm going to use. My local HF did not have any pads that I saw. My observations without having used it yet are: Extra set of brushes is a nice touch Feels a bit on the...

    Products for my car.

I can't comment on what is allowed duty free. The company I work for just opened their first store in Brazil and basically couldn't use our "house brand" because of the cost of importation. A lot of what will be carried in store will be manufactured in Brazil despite being a US company.

Relatively new to the detailing front

Welcome from the west side of the state. I'm in Nashville usually 3 times or more a year for my daughter's gymnastics meets and have spent many an evening partying downtown.

    Products for my car.

It's an importation tax thing with Brazilian prices being so high. Products manufactured outside of Brazil are taxed at ridiculous levels when imported.

    Radio for when doing details

Phone/MP3 player of some sort + headphones/earbuds = not potentially bothering anyone else around. I too run the cable up the front of my shirt so it's not just dangling in the way. It looks like you already have Sirius so make sure you have online listening included and get whatever app is...

    Windows 8 for anybody

Every other Win OS turns out to be worth using. Win8 falls into the in between good OS area for me. I played with a Beta copy a while back and absolutely hated it mainly because of the Metro interface. As mentioned a few posts above, you'll need TONS of memory to run it properly. I don't own...

    Hello from Miami!

I can't help with any product recommendations, but I noticed you mention the Fins getting a win. Good to know I'm not the only Dolphins fan still around after the last few seasons. Welcome
