I have to agree with dcjredline about not going into debts. debts is very hard thing to settle and will discourage you from doing this business. Build your customer base and if you are going into debt for that expensive wax that you wanna get for your customer car in the future or some whacky...
I did a headlamp restoration the other day. The steps and things used is as follows:-
1. 800 grit sandpaper
2. 1000 grit sandpaper
3. 2000 grit sandpaper
4. Purple foam wool with Menzerna PF2200
5. LC orange pad with Menzerna PF2200
I wet sanded the whole headlamp and polished with the purple...
I would just put rainx on the front windscreen and it solves ur smearing.
next i would clean the wiperblades with IPA. there may be oils on it hence giving the smearing.
either you are using too much product or... you havent broken down the product. In other words you havent worked the product long enough.
either you passes are too quick or you used too much product when you prime it.
either way use IPA or CarPro Eraser would do the job removing the oils.
I was using the IPA with the intention to stripped it off to see whether is the product giving the holograms or have I caused the holograms. it seems I can wipe the "holograms" off. In the end I top it up with Opti-seal instead.
