I would find the reputable mechanic in town and go in and talk to him/her. People trust a mechanic (where I live anyway) and they see A LOT of cars every day. All you have to do is walk in and ask to leave some cards. Tell him/her that you have clients asking about reputable mechanics in town...

Do not use Vistaprint. I have a site with them and I like it, but switching to another host is a pain and you have to pay for your domain name. Also, you do not have huge SEO control on it... Wordpress with Bluehost sounds like a good plan. NOT VISTAPRINT!
