60 year old single stage -planning

Have fun with the project. I have a 63 Rambler with oxidized original paint. I attempted a spot with the above described methods( I am not a beginner). The results were mixed. I did decide to leave it after I did a basic cleanup of the paint ( no rubbing) because the PATINA was way more...

    Vintage BMW 633 paint correction

I've always felt that accentuating contrasting areas on a car was important, gives it more definition I think. When pointed out to customers they seem to get it.

Vintage Alfa paint correction and my humble opinion

Nice to know there are others out there specializing in this type of work. Not to take anything away from daily drivers or "sprucing up" of late model stuff- I have done my share and more of these as well, I just think what we have described requires a different skill set. After all, when...

    Ferrari Maranello destroyed by trucker-corrected

Here's a Ferrari Maranello that got wet while being loaded on to the truck. The truck driver thought it would be better to wipe it off with that rag that's been under the drivers seat for 6 months. The same one that was probly used to wipe bugs off the windshield, check the oil, etc. Paint on...

    Early BMW 2002 paint correction

Good, solid little cars. He sold it 2 days after I did the work on it. It was a quick profitable sale and the buyer remarked on how good it looked. I am just saying that there is value in detailing done correctly I.e. A quicker, more profitable sale not to mention the WOW factor!

    Vintage BMW 633 paint correction

Here is a very unique, very cool (IMO) Beemer 633. It had moderate scratching but the condition of the original paint was very workable. Scholls XXL on LC orange pad followed by Menzerna 3500 on white polishing pad were used for knocking out the defects followed by some leftover CQUARTZ from...
