    Is it STILL being used??????

There is a product called "Liquid Glass" wax or polish that sells in most local autoparts stores. It's been around for years (a lot of years). The can has always been a metal, flat sided with a photo of a customized blown Corvette on the front. Prices at about $20 per can. What is this...

    Noob & confused....

For paint with more damage, do you increase the pressure on the pad, the RPM or the time spent polishing that area? Do you recommend the curved edge pads or sticking with the flat ones? BTW...squirrley is a GREAT description!!!!!

    Noob & confused....

Just upgraded to a Makita rotary buffer....trying to understand how "full-contact curved-edge" pads are used vs full-contact. Is the center of the curved pad used for flat surfaces and the edges used for tight spaces? I've seen pics of someone holding a rotary buffer level on a flat surface so...

    interior ??

I agree with orngez...Woolite Heavy Traffic spray foam worked wonders on a 10 year old light-grey carpet. Spray heavy-wait-blot with white towel. I couldn't believe it either.

    Curved edge pads

LC curved-edge rotary pad question I just started using the rotary polisher (Makita) and am trying to round the learning curve. I'm using 8.5 inch curved-edge LC pads. What part of the pad is used on flat surfaces? Is it better to run the polisher flat and use only the center of the pad to...

    An old Carbrite product...

I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a pink polish from Carbrite called Crystal Shine. It's been a long time since I've seen or used the product, but the results were dramatic when used with only an orbital buffer. I never saw it in a retail store, just at a dealership that I used to work...

    Noob seeking advice...

Thanks for the advice! I'll try it this week... I would have never thought to go with a more agressive pad or compound. Do you suggest using a rotary or sticking with the PC? What's your opinion on Pinnacle or Wolfgang products? I'll keep you posted! Thanks again!!!

    Noob seeking advice...

Hello everyone, I just finished wet sanding a Mustang that was repainted about three months ago with a single-stage red paint. After buffing with a PC 7424 and 3M rubbing compound & LC orange pad, the paint is coming along except on the plastic / fiberglass rear fin. It has a ton of surface...
