For paint with more damage, do you increase the pressure on the pad, the RPM or the time spent polishing that area? Do you recommend the curved edge pads or sticking with the flat ones? BTW...squirrley is a GREAT description!!!!!

Which sealant is recommended for high durability? The vehicle is white....protection is first priority, shine second.

Just upgraded to a Makita rotary buffer....trying to understand how "full-contact curved-edge" pads are used vs full-contact. Is the center of the curved pad used for flat surfaces and the edges used for tight spaces? I've seen pics of someone holding a rotary buffer level on a flat surface so...

I agree with orngez...Woolite Heavy Traffic spray foam worked wonders on a 10 year old light-grey carpet. Spray heavy-wait-blot with white towel. I couldn't believe it either.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a pink polish from Carbrite called Crystal Shine. It's been a long time since I've seen or used the product, but the results were dramatic when used with only an orbital buffer. I never saw it in a retail store, just at a dealership that I used to work...

Thanks for the advice! I'll try it this week... I would have never thought to go with a more agressive pad or compound. Do you suggest using a rotary or sticking with the PC? What's your opinion on Pinnacle or Wolfgang products? I'll keep you posted! Thanks again!!!
