Same thing happened to me my first attempt at paint correction. I was using to much product and not cleaning my pad enough. Since then I've corrected my technique and haven't had an issue.
I have the 1700 GPM like Visitor. But I bought my foam cannon from chemical guys and it came with the fitting that CaveRacing showed. Which is 3/8 male to quick connect
An update to my original post. I was for sure using too much product and over saturating the pad. I have since done a few more cars and haven't had the same issue since. Now i clean on the fly after 2 sections. And swap pads after each panel to give the pad a chance to cool.
I just used the nano skin sponges for the first time today. Was shocked how much time it saved me. I highly recommend them, and can't beat the price for the two pack.
I think it was using the x pattern over saturating and heating the pads. When i polished I tried the circle technique for a half, and the pea sized drops technique on the other half. And had no issues for either with my white hex logic pads. I thought that might be the problem just need the...
I'm totally new to polishing. My first attempt was with porter cable with orange CG hex logic pads. I had all 3 pads detach from the Velcro and fall apart.

I've used chemical guys leather cleaner and chemical guys leather conditioner with awesome results. Will post a pic tomorrow when I get to my computer tomorrow
