    Car Wash Mats

Bad thing with shop vacs is what do you do with the water after it's full? Also a lot of soaps seem to foam up with vacs. You can use a deformer. We have a 38hp steel eagle vac that we use for picking up waste water. It pumps to a containment tank. For truck washing we use a utility pump. Turns...

yea but remember, direct drive may give you problems pulling from a tank. you may have to prime it. Cats are expensive to rebuild. I have one cat that we use and when it craps out we are replacing it. Everything else I have are general pump or udors. We run them hard as well. Theyre all bypassed...

Yea or you could do a gear box as well. There's a guy here in Louisville ky, Russ Johnson at south side equipment. He can get you the best fit. Gear box would work better for being compact.

Looking to open a Detail Shop in NJ...possible partnership

why are you looking for a partner? or are you looking for a investor? Partners can be a good thing or a very bad thing. More times then not, it turns out to be a bad thing. I would use a belt drive pump. Belt drives wont give you any problems pulling from a tank. As far as bypassing back to the tank, thats simple. run a line straight off your unloader back to a bulkhead or whatever in the top of the tank. Ive built many of machines. btw id check out a lifan instead...

    Car Wash Mats

yea that whole nothing but rain down the drain is crap. Most of the guys try to interpret bits and pieces of the CWA, but fail to really know what the deal is. We deal with this constantly. We have some contracts we have to recovery water for, such as fedex and we are washing 100+ trucks there...

BBS Wheels Get a Serious Cleaning

just curious, you guys ever use acid to clean up rims? Usually when we wash trucks, we flash the rims, hit them with acid real quick, then hit them with soap, it takes all of 20 seconds to do and it removes all brake dust and everything else
