Optimum Car Wash Dilution Ratios for AG/Gilmore Foam Gun?

I add a couple of ounces of OCW to mine and fill up the rest with water. I may try three ounces and see what that does.

Microfiber Drying Towels - Best and Boiling Towels

For heavily soiled towels, I spray the soiled spots with Opt. Power Clean 3:1 and let it dwell for a few minutes. Next, I'll wash them in warm water with scent free, dye free soap and about 1/2-1 ounce of Micro Restore. On the second rinse cycle, I'll add some vinegar and then dry them on low...

    Howdy from San Antonio, Texas

:welcome: Welcome to AG! Originally from S.A, Airport area, but now live in Corpus. Like SRHTX said, if you want to see bad roads then just come down here. After a visit here, you'll realize how good you have it in SA. Cracked windshields and cars with clearcoat failure everywhere.

    2010 Ford Taurus SHO

My hat is off to you. I know for sure that I wouldn't pay that much for a domestic car. Well, at least not for that car. If it were a Vette, Viper, then I might consider it. As much as I loved my SHO, the quality of the interior wasn't very impressive. Just about everything in it was plastic and...

    WOW! what a OTC find!

That depends on what brand you're looking for and where you live. You could try looking online to see if someone in your city sells what you're looking for. I could be wrong, but as far as I know of, Surf City doesn't sell a waterless wash.

    2010 Ford Taurus SHO

I miss my '93 SHO. It was one of the most fun cars that I've ever owned. The Yamaha powerplant was simply amazing. Great styling, clean lines and a great sticker price as well. This new SHO could still take some styling ques from its older brothers. The backseat bench looks short and the back...

Hello and welcome! The cars look great!! Becareful, once you start detailing it's hard to stop. lol. That's a nice background. Where is that, Indian Hills? Cincity is nice too bad it gets cold there or we'd move there. I don't do well with cold. :( (i'm a big wimp)

How do you guys stay cool?

You're not kidding. I was up there a couple of weeks ago and decided to wash my moms car and man did I sweat!! I couldn't wait to get done with it. The one good thing about the heat in SA is that it actually helped me during the drying process. I was done drying the car in no time.

    Clay Question

I'm not that far from you, so I encounter alot of the same stuff that you do. It's either butterflies, mosquitoes, or a combination of both. When I have to clay my cars I usually use Malco clay. It does a great job of lifting the comtaminates off of the paint. The two downsides are that one, it...

    Autogeek energy drink

Abundant, yes. Always drinkable, no. The watere where I live is pretty bad. The first thing you notice about our tap water is the strong chlorine odor. The second thing is all the sediment floating in it. Not everyone has drinkable water, so buying it is sometimes the only choice there is.

    Autogeek energy drink

That's cool. How is it? I just got my order a few days ago and was excited to see what samples/goodies were thrown in my order, but when I opened it I didn't find anything other than the stuff I ordered. I felt like I just found out that Santa doesn't exist. :( Hopefully next time that won't...

    Favorite Clay??

Malco makes a great clay. Pinnacle is too soft and doesn't hold up very well IMO.

Help cleaning my AMG exhaust tips

I'm not sure what you could use to take out the scratches but if they're dirty you could try some M105 and a soaking wet scouring sponge. I've also used Optimum Metal Polish with great results, as well.
