I honestly believe that one of the MOST important steps you can take in preventing scratches is pre-rinsing with a power washer. I know that's not what you probably want to hear, but rinsing with the water out of the hose just doesn't do it. Especially with just a coat of sealant on your car...

Try using a coating on your car. I never scrub my cars, not would I ever. I've never had the need to with them being coated. Makes cleaning effortless, and last much longer.

G4 will remove it. Follow it with a wet towel to remove the residue, and then I spray the glass down with IPA to remove anything that may remain. Then you're good to coat.

There are some cars that have intricit curves and bumpers that the bulkiness of a full size machine with a small backing plate just won't allow you to get. I love mine. Relatively cheap and works wonders on all those tight areas. On speed 6 it does what it needs to do. I recommend it.

Carpro is the only way to go. No swirls or scratches since I started using it. Releases dirty better than anything I've ever used.

Those tips look amazing. I'm curious to see how the opticoat holds up. I've used 22ple rim and metal glass coat on exhaust tips, which is supposed to be specifically designed to take the temps of wheels and exhaust tips, but I saw no change. Easier to just use p21s polishing soap every wash then...

I have a black max 1700 psi from Sams club. It's electric, $139 out the door, does everything I need it to do.

I'd go with gtechniq g wash. It's my go to maintenance wash soap. It's pricey, but amazing. Incredible suds, amazing lubricity, leaves nothing behind.

I use waffle weave glass towels to dry my inside glass and they work great. There are other sites that do sell them cheaper than ag though. As for the carpro towel, I've never used it because all I've ever used is plain old water, a rag, and a waffle weave towel to do my windows. I see no...
