Rinesless wash in garage ... how to get the tires clean??

I have found that Megs Hyper Dressing is pretty decent stuff but have been using Chemical Guy's VRP (Vinyl, Rubber, Plastic) when I really want the tires to shine, and it works really well. I spray the clean tires with Megs Hyper Dressing first and rub it in with a tire towel, then use the...

    Quick wash set up

That's what I do for my washes but I find it is a bit too slow getting the car completely clean for what Cruz has mentioned there. Do you guys know of a good, inexpensive pre-wash that could be used in conjunction with ONR? That would be a super quick way to wash a car with a bit of added...

    Micro Marring On Glass

Hello Auto Geeks, I wanted to petition the more experienced detailing corpus here to see if anyone has any advice for me... I have a client who has a lot of micro marring and scratches on his windshield from a sand storm a few years ago. He said it is difficult to find a replacement windshield...

Wash and wax on a hot day

Just out of curiosity, Max, what are your favorite sun friendly products? I love sharing success stories and tips with other Arizona detailers as I think we have a very unique environment and what works for others doesn't always work for us. Sent from my iPad using Autogeekonline mobile app

Wash and wax on a hot day

I can't remember if I looked at that one in particular or not, but the reviews on the cheap ones across the board have been pretty bad. They all basically state that if a slight wind kicks up, they tear easily and the frame bends. We don't have a ton of wind here but when we do get it, we have...

Wash and wax on a hot day

Right you are gents. I've been amazed in January when it it is 60 degrees out with only 10% humidity and how I still have to spray a conditioner on the pad each time I put HD speed on the pad before each pass. It's definitely not as bad then but already around 100 a week ago it was pretty rough...

Wash and wax on a hot day

Wow. Sounds like a great product! I need to give that a try myself. It's the one problem I have with HD Speed. In direct sunlight it hazes quickly and is hard to remove - even with ONR spray. How does it hold up as a sealer, though? So,e products claim to seal as an AIO but only last a few days...

    Pop Up Shade

Haha better yet, I should get someone to fan me with a large leaf and feed me grapes while I sit on an extra cushioned shop chair and take my time while polishing a BMW M5. Sent from my iPad using AGOnline

Wash and wax on a hot day

I second that. It does work pretty well. Since it is a polymer wax and not a carnauba wax, it spreads well and doesn't dry too quickly. I have used it a couple of times in the sun and it did well. Sent from my iPad using Autogeekonline mobile app
