Gorgeous weekend here in VA, no jobs...so guess I will detail my own ride

Worse yet than the purse drag is the keys that get thrown on top of the roof from a considerable distance, it's like nails on a chalkboard to me....

I know my wife has about had it with me cleaning my MF towels in the washing machine, she wants me to go to a laundry mat...I get into an occasional arguement or should I say silly spat about why my car looks like it just came off the showroom floor and hers looks like she went 4 wheeling at...

IMO, the final wipe is so important, there is nothing worse than seeing corrections that need to be made while the customer is standing their next to you. I invested in some micro fiber type gloves (got them in Korea) and I wear them in addition to the MF towel when doing the final wipe. Always...

Just a thought Mike, as a mechanic I have plenty of electrical tape around which works really good for stretching around corners....I don't see it having an issue with sticking to paint or other items because it does not leave a residue, I will try it on my car this weekend.

Thanks for your support, without that whatthe hell are we fighting for right? My first truck was a deuce, I actually detailed the truck in the motorpool on the weekends. Had the only military vehicle with shiony tires and an air freshner handging in the cab....lol:dblthumb2:
