You dont need to root Android to have the hotspot feature anymore with Froyo. It's native....and works wonderfully. Rooting is great as well as long as you're know what you're doing to maximize the benefits. Without the correct knowledge, MANY people are rooting their phones expecting wonders...

Yea, the galaxy series do have the brightest screens out to date, which makes things much easier in the sunlight. Plus HD movies look GREAT on the amoled screen.

I really love them as well. I have more of those than of any other pad. But I will say: I have been using the 5.5in. flat pads lately, and I absolutely LOVE them on a rotary. I still use my Komps for larger areas, and for large vehicles that need a lot of work, but the 5.5 flats are now my go-to's.

Give them a break, mistakes happen. Give them a little time to fix the problem before getting upset. It's unlikely that, with all of the people they serve, there will never be issues. However, it's how they respond to those issues that matters. Just be patient, they'll fix it.
