    Meg's Hyper-Dressing or Stoner Trim Shine ???

Hyper dressing will last through maybe a wash or 2 at best on trim and a little better on tires in my experience.

    Hyper Dressing

looking good Ric. I also use it 1:1 but love that you can dilute it down for less shine.

    Newbie question

Megs Ultimate compound and Ultimate polish are derived from M105 and M205 but made a little more user friendly. Probably not as aggressive either which is what makes them more user friendly.

Is there anything special needed to be done for a rollback tow truck?

Coincidentally I drive a tow truck for my full time job. If the trucks are light duty as in pick up truck cab and chassis or even the bigger style flat bed style it should be pretty straight forward. Just watch out for grease because the moving parts are lubricated frequently and the grease will...

What about products like Meguiars new Paint Protect 365 that was released at SEMA? I was lucky enough to be able to attend a special open garage at Megs hq after SEMA. We where able to apply the product to a willing participants car. They are not calling it a coating or a sealant or wax just...

The Hernandez Polisher @ Meguiar's Headquarters (Video)

It looks like that extension you made for the GG3 would make it unstable with that small of a backing plate and pad? Plus that pad looks too small for the backing plate. I get the theory of what you are trying to do but the smaller air tool seems like a safer alternative in a given situation.

New Meguiar's DA Microfiber Correction System Video

D302 is a pure polish the only abrasive action comes from the mf finishing pad so using it with a foam pad probably would not yield any benefits. It was designed to remove da haze and for people who do not want to use D301 as there last step.

New to forum and had my first question with pics.

Are you doing this all by hand or machine? You could probably do 1500 then 3000 if you have it. Finishing with 3000 grit is much easier to buff out.

:iagree: I have used this same solution except it was Megs D151 buy hand and it cleaned up great and has stayed that way.
