Really? It has been a very long time since I have posted here but I still get an Autogeek email almost every single week with a sale going and free shipping over $150. While that doesn't help those of us looking for 1 or 2 items, to say that free shipping rarely happens is a flat out lie.
Doing exactly this. Still waiting to hear back, but trying to have him get one car done so I can show him the quality he can expect from me. :dblthumb2:
Well, the guy is holding off on doing the cars now as he is building out a '69 Camaro and just dropped close to $100k on the car and race engine and various parts. It is still a possibility for a little later in the year so hopefully he still wants everything done then. Oh well...
If that is where you guys are at price wise, then I am happy with my 8k estimate. I don't have the experience you guys have and I am still getting my name out there. I don't mean to say that I am not capable of delivering very high quality work, just that I am still getting started. The owner...
This job is coming from a guy I work with at my "regular" job who also helps me when I detail. He will usually take care of the interiors and engine bay while I work on the paint. All the work I have done with the exception of a couple cars has been through referrals from him. I have not...
Hello all...I may have a very big job falling into my lap very soon. The customer has 8 cars and 2 bikes that he wants detailed. 2 Step compound/polish, coating, and interior for everything.
3 'Vette's
3 Escalade ESV's
1 CTS-V
1 Large Pickup (don't remember off hand)
2 Hayabusa's
Right now...
Just now seeing this thread. Sad to say that I am out for the June event as I will be in Canada for a wedding that weekend. Will keep an eye out for the next one though!!!
I want to write a review for both products!
I need to get my car prepped for winter and this would be the perfect test for the All-In-One's durability through a Chicago winter. There are a few areas that could use a good compounding/polishing also.

Use 2 waffle weave glass towels and Meg's glass cleaner. One towel to clean and the other to do a final dry/wipe.
I have used several really good glass cleaners and I have to say Meg's has been the best so far. Not to mention it is hands down the best smelling glass cleaner and a hell...
Personally, I don't even bother polishing out my front bumper on my daily driver. There really is no point whatsoever in doing this on a daily driver IMO. I clean it well and have coated it to help keep the cleaning easier. Polishing it out is just a waste of time with all the rock chips and...
This is what gets me...
I ordered the special value clay deal on the what's new page during the flash sale today. Shipping was $7.95. I added the wax removal tool because it was cheap and safer than using a paint scraper wrapped in a microfiber. Shipping went up to $12.95 for the extra item...
Like I said, I haven't looked at the instructions in quite a while. I will check them out when I get home from work though. I remember hearing people say it in videos and the phrase being used a lot around the forums, but I do not recall the exact wording in the instructions.
