Trim Shine is a thicker silicone and goes on a bit heavier. I believe they both have the same properties beyond that.

I see where you are coming from but I don't agree in regards to resale value. A car taken care of properly is going to bring a higher price when sold or at the very least be much easier to sell. Swirls (marring) shouldn't be the only consideration when comparing a service like mine to a car...

My base detail is $150 and have to deal with customers comparing me to guys who charge $100. Not trying to be rude but it's all relative. These people who go with these super cheap "details" are the people who don't care about their car and would rather go to McDonald's to eat than Applebies...

No not technically. I do give a satisfaction guarantee but that's mainly on how the car looks when I'm done not so much guaranteeing durability. With an expensive up sell, customers are going to want a warranty on durability ( I know I would ). Most of the other "never wax again" products...

I agree. Slower buffing speed and in shade is probably going to fix your dusting issue. Adding a little 205 or even Ultimate Compound does help as well with dusting as mentioned. You will definitely get faster cutting with the 105 but if speed isn't an issue the Ultimate Compound is the way to...
