I'm going to jump into the World of Coatings

I have decided on purchasing Gyeon Mohs and applying it to my GMC Sierra this spring. I've watched several videos (Thanks Guz) on it and feel like it is a good beginner coating to apply. Of course, I do have a couple of questions for the experts. - I mainly do risneless washes because I have...

2005 Pontiac GTO - Silver / DQUARTZ Nano-Diamond Quartz Fusion Coating 🌴 A Miracle Detailing

Love that car. I had a 2004 GTO when I worked for GM (Delphi) - 5.7L, 6speed, black on black. I've had a lot of cars and trucks and that is the one I wish I wouldn't have sold. It was stupid fast and would still get 28mpg on the highway.

    Sealants/Graphene/Coatings?

Wolfgang makes a DGPS w/ SiO2. Might be a good next step, since you like the Wolfgang brand. I've never used the original, but the SiO2 version is pretty good.

    Operation Daily Driver!

It is hard to think of that car being nearly 30 years old.

New Polisher to add to the arsenal

Yes, from what I have read you can interchange the Hercules backing plate with the Flex backing plate.

New Polisher to add to the arsenal

My old man picked me up one of these for Christmas. First order of business will be to get a Flex 5" (4.5") backing plate so I can use my 5" pads and not have to invest a fortune in getting 6" pads. I am sure this will be quite an upgrade from my trusty Porter Cable 7424xp. Are there any...

    Wolfgang SiO2 or collonite 845

I really like the Wolfgang SiO2 sealant. Goes on and off real easy. You'll need some panel prep prior to applying it - I have used the Wolfgang version, but I would think any would work. For applicators, I've decided that doing it by hand is easiest as it is near impossible to get it all out...

Whiskey Fungus Removal- Big money in Bourbon country

The answer was - whiskey fungus - a fungus that feeds on the alcohol vapors from distilleries. And that was the end of it. And, we had such a good time that we will be going back - I will ask a follow up question on whiskey fungus when I return. I am currently in bourbon jail on EH Taylor for...

Whiskey Fungus Removal- Big money in Bourbon country

It is so funny that you posted this. I was just at Buffalo Trace last Thursday and asked the question to the tour guide - what is this black stuff all over the older buildings - whiskey fungus - I had never heard about it.

Wolfgang Si02 rinseless wash leaves haze

Absolutely. That is the way I roll with the Wolfgang SiO2 rinseless wash. I actually watched a video the Guz put together in Carpro Echo2 (which is another good rinseless wash) and do what he suggests which is to dunk a spray bottle and fill it up with the rinseless wash solution straight from...

    Cub Cadet SC900

It is quite a step up in price, but I had an old Craftsman model of the CC800. That thing was a beast. I had it for about 9 trouble free years and the mount for the transmission rusted out. I sold it to my neighbor for $200 who has a friend who can weld and he fixed it and uses it. Another...

Quick Review: Blackfire Mat Cleaner and Protectant

It does a fantastic job of cleaning rubber mats. Here is how I know it is a good product, my wife really likes it and doesn't complain about it taking up garage space. Agree that it might be lacking on the protecting side. It also does not leave your mats slick so your feet don't fly off.

Collinite 476s alternative that doesn't stain plastic?

Agree on the Wolfgang SiO2 Paint Sealant - excellent product.

    Wolgang SI02 product line?

I recently used the Wolfgang SiO2 paint sealant on my truck and my wife's SUV. I thought application and removal were both incredibly easy. Only issue I had was I used my DA to apply it to my truck and it took me forever to get it all out of the pad - in fact I gave up and threw it away. For...

LATEST TOPPER POLL. EVERYTHING SHY OF CANCOAT.

Glassparency Boost is a really nice product. Goes on easy and offers good protection. I also like Optimum Car Wax - the stuff is just easy to use.
