Just an update, a good steaming of both the foam, and the pad did the trick. Seat is very comfortable now, and nearly all the indentations are gone. I think one more session with the steamer will take care of the last of them. Now, just waiting for some new leather to arrive... :D

Well, I tried the steamer again on these (I had done it previously on another set), and while the seats look much, much better, most all of the dimples remain. On the other hand, the massive indentation is nearly gone, and the seat foam has puffed back up nicely. :D I'll give it another go...
