What's the last form of exercise you've done?

Saturday was a 5 mile run.
Today was a full detail of a client’s car and washed both mine and my husband's car :xyxthumbs:
 
Back in the gym today after a 2-3 week break for work and some healing (golfers elbow), it's hell getting old! Hit the elliptical, chest, and back...just a light workout to get back in the swing of things.

Don't overdo it right out of the gate.
 
I bought inversion table recently so now I can strengthen my core muscles at home. So convy. I checked reviews about best inversion tables here (I shouldn't be posting links) and ordered one on Amazon. Very cool tool for working out and stretching spine at the same time.

Well...I think I over did it!! I did chest and back on Tuesday, back is a little sore but no issues on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Wednesday night was legs...and I started a new routine from weight loss/cutting to bulking...I'm not interested in becoming huge, just want a little more mass. Did squats, leg press, etc..I had a feeling Thursday and Friday were going to be bad.

I was pretty sore on Thursday but manageable, today...not so much! I can barely walk, sitting down into a chair or car is painful and i look like i'm 95 years old...and my 17 year old daughter is laughing at me, I can't blame her, I would too! It's always day 2 that is the worst, I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, don't want to embarrass myself hobbling into the gym tonight!

Day 2 is the worst.
Take it easy... slow and steady.

After that you should relax more..
 
Ran a 5K yesterday.
Took 2nd in my age group and 10th overall :xyxthumbs:
 
Gym day:

ARC machine
Arms and upper body weights
CORE/sit-ups
Stretching
 
Wednesday: 3 mile run in the rain

Thursday: Gym day
ARC machine
Leg strengthening
Core/situps
Stretching
 
haven't swam in a few weeks due to a painful stomach ulcer :( . hope to get back at it soon...
 
having barely used my monofin, i 'll have to use it more often after watching this. amazing how effortless it looks...
