Well...I think I over did it!! I did chest and back on Tuesday, back is a little sore but no issues on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wednesday night was legs...and I started a new routine from weight loss/cutting to bulking...I'm not interested in becoming huge, just want a little more mass. Did squats, leg press, etc..I had a feeling Thursday and Friday were going to be bad.
I was pretty sore on Thursday but manageable, today...not so much! I can barely walk, sitting down into a chair or car is painful and i look like i'm 95 years old...and my 17 year old daughter is laughing at me, I can't blame her, I would too! It's always day 2 that is the worst, I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, don't want to embarrass myself hobbling into the gym tonight!
