What's the last form of exercise you've done?

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

10 mile run Saturday.

Yesterday I had off as I worked a local car show from 8:30 to 4pm. Got in plenty of steps so I'll count it as a workout ;)

Are you related to Forrest Gump, Monica??

I keep looking out the window expecting to see you running out to the tip of Long Island. (Minus the long beard, of course). :)

Ran 3 miles this morning... was great! 55 degrees!!!!!
Come on fall!

I joined a friend to do a Tabata exercise in her CrossFit class. My body really hurts but I'll get used to it.

Couch.... having MAJOR spinal surgery in a few days, been on the rocks since June. Before that lots of walking and general heavy activity, nothing formal.

Damn... good luck with the surgery and speedy recovery!
Glad to see you have a buddy :)

Orangetheory day for me, 12 minute run for distance, 1,500 meter row and bicep and shoulder focus on weights.

Finally did my annual bike ride (36-miles) in support of American Diabetes Association and raised $400 thanks to my supporters.

I elected to go through physical therapy rather than surgery for my torn ACL. I have been going twice a week since July 9 and the physical therapy has worked wonders. Rachel put together a regimen of exercises designed to strengthen my hips and quads. The first step was get my leg straight so I could walk normally. That took about 3 weeks. Then she focused on stretching the hamstring, quad and calf. For the past 6 weeks it has been leg curls, leg press, single leg raises with 9 lb weight, step ups on a 2 ft high step, balancing on bosu ball, side steps with rubber band and leg extensions. Now I can walk relatively normally and I can climb ladders and stairs with little effort or pain. I still can't squat but we are working on it.

Took my last wakeboarding run yesterday as the boat was being taken out of the water for winter storage. Luckily my buddy keeps his boat in longer and thus plan to wakesurf in 2 weeks
