We were at a farm yesterday that was selling duck eggs so I bought some.

Avocado toast with chili lime seasoning, everything bagel seasoning, red pepper flake and a duck egg.

Still love the charcoal Weber grills. Seared at 550° then indirect around 450° and pulled at 125°. Went a bit heavy on the butter on the baked potato

I took a photo of my lunch today, a couple of croissants with ham and cheese, and a strawberry cream and jam lamington, but it was out of focus and I didn't notice till after I finished eating, but it was delicious.
