Forgot a picture of the steak, but some days I cannot resist an Arizona Arnold Palmer. Pulled a frosty mug out of the freezer and still hit it with a couple ice cubes.

First time making smoked salmon. Brown sugar/salt cure for ~4 hours yesterday, rinse and let air out in fridge overnight, smoked for about 3hrs today at 180F with extra smoke tube. Turned out pretty good. The picture with the cans is to press down on the fish during the cure.

Baby back ribs and baked beans on the pellet grill. Both turned out good. Still learning how to BBQ 'correctly,' but they were good.

Once I realized that less than perfect bbq done at home is still great bbq, I started to get better. One rule I’ve followed is not to rush, and the food is done when it’s done. I’ve had early and late dinners lol
