Did you use anything on the top? I know its a 2025. I have a 2019 MB E450 Cabriolet and looking for suggestions of what to use on black convertible top in terms of cleaner and protectant. I have seen the 303 cleaner/protectant. Just curious what you or others would recommend.

I didn't do it on this car but...When I clean and seal a convertible top, this is my process.

Clean:
After washing, I use RAGGTOPP Convertible Fabric/Vinyl Cleaner with a RAGGTOPP HAARTZ Premium Convertible Top Cleaning Brush

Seal:
CQUARTZ Fabric 2.0 - Process first, I cover the entire paint/glass with a drop cloth, except the convertible top
* Pretty much a reverse of the picture below
For the first coat, I spray a generous amount of CQUARTZ Fabric 2.0 and thoroughly brush it in with (of all things) a dedicated shoe shine brush.
I make sure it's evenly spread into the material (no streaks or high spots) with the shoe shine brush. Then I let it sit and cure/dry overnight.

The next day, I hold the CQUARTZ Fabric 2.0 bottle about a foot and a half away from the top material and just spray evenly...Again, I let it dry.


After it has dried, if you get any "specks" on the top, I use a Lint Roller for Clothes to pick them off.

* I'm sure I have a reverse pic somewhere that shows the entire car covered and only the convertible top exposed.
