even though the turtle wax wheel and tire clear says its for wheels and tires, I use it to clean the suspension parts to. Here is one of the best things we've done to the van. adding the stiffer lowering springs and truck shocks. what's that ole saying, looks good from 10 feet away..

Spent 7 hours cleaning, repainting the van's chasse yesterday.. In this pic, it shows the new Mevotech olive drab control arm, The blue Hardrace 28mm sway bar and the failing bilstein strut which will be replaced next sat.

The 3d printer guy just let me know he finished the second set of caps for the van, I lost 2 of these caps while in Canada then realized he only prints one hook per cap.. this time he has 3 hooks per cap. Lets hope these fit and stay tight before I place the puffy stickers on the caps as I'll have to use some bonding glue for the caps as I lost one of the stickers too.

Hoping the weather stays just like this tomorrow as i'm going to be busy cleaning the belly of the van after our very long and dirty trip through Canada.. picking up the jack stands tonight in preparation for the one side jack setup. This way I can clean the wheels and suspension then paint the calipers.

I'm all set for my major/yearly van cleaning this Sat.. wish it was a tad cooler so we can continue on the alcantara interior wrap..

while out and about today, someone spilled something down the back of the van's barn doors.. it's always something.. you can't have nice things till someone comes along a screw it up. Anywho, two days ago i got a case of the lifter1 bug/tar remover. Good stuff cleaned up the back of the van without leaving any water spots or streaks.
