    303 Graphene

I still get great beading and reflection off of 303 Graphene, it was done way back in February… I have two coats on, and it lasts fine for me, however I am garage and in Florida. 3O3 gis real tough to buff off if you put it on the whole car. But if you apply it to a single panel, then apply to...

    Foam and rinse sealants

I’ve used Gyeon wetcoat, blackfire hydroseal, and carPro Hydr02, they all work extremely well. I’m almost convinced they come out of the same plant/factory. I like them especially for wheels, where you have a lot of convoluted/intricate surfaces…..

Gyeon Wetcoat vs Detailer why/when to use each?

I deleted my message… It’s late, I read it wrong… I thought he was talking about Cancoat… Wetcoat would work perfectly well. I use it on my wheels all the time that have been ceramic coated with cquartzUK.

Sealant that will not stain trim

Yup, it’s waxes and “lotion” poly sealants that stain….Rejex was the worst I used….Ever since I moved to the liquid clear sealants/ceramics like Cancoat I have no problem at all, in fact I use it on the trim in addition to paint, really worked well on my motorcycle black plastic trim

    Your favorite "smelling" leather cleaner?

Poorboys natural look… Smells like black cherry for about a day, then dissipates… It’s multi surface so that you can use it on leather, plastic ,everything inside the car. After that I have some chem guys leather scent/odorizer spray that I spray down the mats with every month, and it makes...

PPF on C7 transparent targa top

You’re not getting anybody who’s an expert here…. I would call the people that make Lexan and/or the people that make the PPF Or ask the question at the corvetteforum.com

PPF on C7 transparent targa top

A c7 top is not glass, it’s either Lexan or some type of Plex…I had a C7 and glass was deemed too heavy to use due to a higher CG and ease of on/off….

Griots ceramic all in one WAX

I agree with the above, I can get Virtually any sealant that I know of to last 3 to 4 times as long if you keep your car inside, it’s always around 72° here in Florida, and the car rarely sees the rain or sun, driven around town 3-4 times a week.. I’m gonna get almost a year out of my 303...

    Ech20

From the website: CARPRO ECH2O’s secret to such a great shine? Its modified high gloss SiO2 components and their innate cleaning abilities. The surface finish left over after using the CARPRO ECH2O Waterless Wash & Detail Spray is a well-known characteristic if you’ve used CARPRO SiO2 sealants...

    Ech20

Somebody show me a link that says Ech20 has carnuba in it, I don’t think so… It’s an SIO2 based product.

    Gyeon can coat prep

I had 303 graphene on my paint, two coats over the last year… Decided to strip it off and put on Cancoat. All I did was wipe the surface down twice with IPA - 50-50 mix – and put on the cancoat….. it worked fine.

    Gyeon Q2 Primer

On lake country I use blue, green or black… And don’t Make the mistake that many people do on using a polisher; they move it too fast. On a 2 x 2 section make sure it’s taking you up to at least 4 Mississippi’s to move across the block… Let the polisher do the work. Too many people use it like...

Nu-Old School vs New School? Question for Collinite 845 fans

I was a huge Collinite user, Rejex user, and various other things that required me to wax on wax off in the early 2000s… Absolutely never again… The new sprays, the easy coatings and the follow up toppers are just a joy to use versus all that crap that used to break my back and make my arm hurt…...

Need help with final decision: Duragloss vs Cancoat Evo

Used both, great gloss out of both of them, aquawax is a short term affair though, go with Cancoat. You can easily see the cancoat when it goes on, it’s not a problem at all.

    Ceramic Spray

Here’s the guide I use in trying to determine whether a new product is any good or not; if somebody tells me that they’ve got something great and they learned about it on Facebook, I immediately do a 180 and go the other way…. They are always completely overpriced, And Marginal in performance...
