Interesting; I found the cost of upgrading ballasts to be roughly half the cost of new fixtures when I did mine a little over a year ago. Plus the new fixtures were made of thinner sheet metal than my existing ones.

No problem! I know of Art Moran; he owns several dealerships in Michigan. Since he likely pays for those top spots, it would be tough to get your site at the top of a search, but I don't think it would be impossible to get to the first page of results -- in fact I typed "Art Moran" into google...
