Can't skip prep work. I'm correcting the paint on a Porsche Carrera. It was my understanding that the lotion was for maintaining the coating and then upon re reading it I found out that if it's not used it will be a total failure of the system.

I didn't order the paint cleansing lotion. I am planning to use it on a car that will be receiving a full paint correction...I know how to do proper prep work before applying a coating but in the description for the PBD coating it says "If you do not use Surface Cleansing Polish before applying...

What is the best place to store coatings? Inside? Refrigerator? I just ordered pinnacle black diamond and some more opti-coat. Plus since DLUX is the bomb I got another bottle of it too. These products are expensive but they help my business so I need to store them properly. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds about right...give it a shot. Worst that can happen is you tried.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and coat the car. It will keep your paint perfect. Wax and sealants only do so much. The new age of car care has begun and its all about coatings. Opti-coat, 22ple, Cquartz are all good choices.

So this is a cleaner/dressing all in one? Forrest, can you comment on expected durability?

How do you use it as a foam?

I use APC and clean with a large wheel woolie during the wash. Then I use car pro trix. works wonders. Literally spray it on (shake often) and let it sit for 10 minutes. Grab some brushes and agitate. I do a final wipedown with a black mircofiber they look nice and clean.
