    Interior Protectant Recommendations

I have not used the 303 product, but I have no doubt that it is good. For a dressing to add some protection to your vinyl and plastic interior trim, I like Lithium Inner Space. They nailed the new/factory fresh look without looking greasy or shiny. Check it out, this is also a good one. If...

    Can you guess the wax?

I’ve used Dodo’s Blue Velvet Pro topped with Purple Haze Pro on this car and it looked great. Was gonna go with Wolfgang Fuzion, Pete’s 53, or Souveran but decided to try one I hadn’t used yet and will hopefully repel dust better. This car does a lot of sitting around.

    Can you guess the wax?

Okay Detailers, can you guess what wax was just machine applied to the ’65 Riv GS? The car was polished with LVR 403 and allowed to cure for 24 hours. Now it’s time to put the cherry on top. Hint: This wax needs to sit for a while before removal [emoji6]. What’s your guess? What would...

    Drying towels

PFM’s are good and I have many of them, but I prefer these two a bit more: 1. TRC The Gauntlet 2. Luxury Microfiber/DPC Sucker Jr. All work well and there are many options. PFM’s snag a little too easy on emblems and trim molding for my taste which would be my only complaint.

PLEASE HELP...I have a problem with GREEN!

^^^ Yes. ^^^ I wouldn’t necessarily seek out a green vehicle, but I do like tastefully unique and this Porsche checks that box very nicely [emoji106].

    Interior cleaner protectant

InnerQD will be worth checking out as CarPro products are better than 50/50 on the hit or miss scale. A couple other interior quick detailers to consider that I like using are: Hybrid Solutions Interior Mist - readily available, good value, safe on all surfaces, interesting atomizing sprayer...

    Thoughts/Opinions about 3D HD Poxy?

My guess would be Griots 3-in-1 would have much better durability than Poxy. 3D Speed is popular with mobile detailers for quick one-steps. The protection component within Speed is essentially Poxy. Speed can be topped with Poxy and was a popular combo for many before ceramic products...

    SEMA 2021/2022 New Products

Agreed, this one seems a little intriguing. I regularly use PA Diver on my windshields instead of a dedicated glass coating. It’s just easy to do and imho gets me the same results if I do it once every 4-6 weeks or so. The downside is it’s expensive, but you also don’t need much. If the new...

    PRICE DIFFERENCE

For whatever reason things like the bucket kits (with the wheels/connectors, etc.) seem to be always excluded. I believe the carts and bigger items to ship are too. That said, NOW is the time of year that AG/Autopia will have sales where everything is included. For those not on their email...

    PRICE DIFFERENCE

A word of caution on the regular AG 20/25% off sales… most often these do not include things like bucket kits, pad washers, detailing carts, and of course polishing machines. It’s generally just the chemicals, brushes and applicators, etc. Read the fine print before you hit the submit button...

Can you correctly identify this vehicle?

Interesting, and good to know. Will have to consider that. It will likely be many many years before this car sees 47K miles however [emoji846].

Rinseless Wash for 303 Graphene Coating

Shouldn’t be any issue. I would think ECH2O would be better than using ONR, as ONR leaves polymers behind that could mask the desired characteristics of your 303. Keep an eye out for the new McKees 37 Graphene Rinseless Wash that was just announced at SEMA (I believe). You can mix that up at...

Can you correctly identify this vehicle?

Definitely disagree with this statement. The 6 speed transmission is smooth as butter and works quite well with the twin turbo. It’s a luxury car after all (and quite possibly the finest American luxury car ever built), and the engineering goal was to provide a luxurious ride with more than...
