    New Poorboys Polishes

I can only vouch for the 'old' SSRs but they are much more user friendly via PC than other polishes. Humidity, temperature, sun light, etc don't bother the SSRs like Menzerna. If your looking for an economically polish that is simple to use, smells good and produces results, it wouldn't hurt to...

    resizing 6 1/2" pads

I cut down some defective 7.5" pads down to 5.5" and honestly, it wasn't worth it. I had 3-4 defective pads and only one came out decent. You'll need to use a hard pad- light cut, at a minimum, for this to work. A polishing or finishing pad did not work at all. Even though it is possible to do...

    PB Trim Restorer Review

PB Trim Restorer is a great product. It may take several thin coats (by applicator) to get the best results. I found out the hard (and disappointing way) that one coat just wasn't enough. But that was on faded Jeep fenders.

While you don't prime the pad with a QD, you still should prime the pad with the polish itself. You want to get the pad lubed before polishing ... some of the polish smeared on the pad will do the trick.

    New SSR1 and SSR2

Looking good! "Poorboy’s World is proud to announce the reformulation of SSR1 and SSR2. After many successful years with the original SSR1 & SSR2, I could not resist the temptation to upgrade the products. We have new and improved micro and nano polishing powders, which do deeper cleaning...

It seems like PB is just coming out with reformulations of SSR1 and SSR2. I never loved SSR2 especially when the 2.5 came out but now the new formulation may change my mind. SSRs = easy to use & great results & usually smell good :)

    Arctic White Benz

Typically, yes after a wax you don't use a sealant. However, Opti-seal is a different animal and can be used before or after a wax or sealant. A unique and versatile product.

    Arctic White Benz

It is Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket sealant which isn't actually made by Menzerna. It is a tad expensive and durability hasn't been its strong point from many reviews. I think your lineup is very solid. The only thing I might do differently is the Dodo and Opti-seal: White Diamond Opti-seal...

How many of you apply wax with a machine?

If it's a liquid product I usually use the PC. If its a paste or spray, I usually do it by hand

    Poorboys EX Question

You did just fine, the 24 hour rule is a good one to go by. You can do 2 coats one after another (no wait time) but that is usually to ensure complete coverage. Letting the sealant cure for 24h will allow it to cure properly and possibly add durability to subsequent applications.

    Weekend Giveaway!

I've never tried a Dodo wax product before ... this would be a good way to get the feet wet! But of course none of this would be possible without AG and its great staff!!

Looking for a Great Paint Cleaner

Clay + paint cleaner would be your best bet. Klasse AIO is an excellent cleaner. If your looking for a perfectly clean surface (no sealant / acrylic /wax protection) then a chemical cleaner like Poorboy's Pro Polish would be a good bet.

    Fuzion wax and black trim

I haven't used an easier LSP than Fuzion. I am simply amazed at its performance. You don't even have to look at the paint to know if you covered an area or not ... you can go by feel - the slickness is amazing and lets you know where you've waxed and where you haven't. It's amazing. Wipe on ...
