Try using some Optimum Power Clean.

Using the OPC, on the interior of vehicles, really saves you a great amount of time. Very easy to use and it cleans very well. I love the Optimum products. I have to clean the interior of an early '90's Buick Le Sabre on Monday. The car is in really bad shape. The owner just wants the inside...
It's sad how people just have to take thier vehicles to the automated car washes and don't realize that it take the clear coat off in time. Not to mention scratching everything on the outside. As for that inside, what tha..... Sad. VERY SAD for an M3.
