Wool would be great if its with a rotary, but its kind of underwhelming if you use it with a PC7424. The Surbuff is probably what you wanna look at but the life of the pad is short. You can try Yellow/Orange Pad or a MF Cutting disc to try to get oxidation out if its that bad.
