If I leave my car anywhere I always ask the manager/owner to walk around my car with me so they can see there are no scratches, dents, etc. at least that way they know you’re going to be checking it over when you pick it up and are usually very cautious.

We have a 2015 dark gray metallic paint. Nice paint. I went 18 months with no LSP, just careful washing. No scratches or swirls. Nice paint. The piano plastic pillars...not so much. Look at them wrong and you scratch them. A good coating helps quite a bit with those.

I guess I’m one of the few that would go Mille. I’ve got back problems and Thea Mille is definitely less strain. That and I never did get used to the counter clockwise rotation. I have had bot machines. Sold the Flex, keeping the Mille.

Use a leather cleaner on it just like you do the seats. Works great.

I would imagine using something like McKee’s hydro blue for maintenance would be helpful. That’s all I use on my wheels. I was using Hydro2 just switched to McKee’s.

Yep definitely sounds like a very similar product to RestorFX

RestorFX is the product. Same application process. This one you do have to be an authorized installer. With that one if you didn’t do a correction before you applied it you could still see the scratches. This stuff was the hardest stuff I’ve ever come across. I machine sanded the whole car plus...

The 20-25% off sales don’t include buffers. Sometimes you can catch a 15% sale that includes them. Even then there are a few not included. Rupes has a minimum selling price set by the manufacturer.

Where do you live? Maybe there is a member close by that can help you out, or at least measure the paint thickness.
