besides brushes, some cleaners and a bag of MF towels, this bag fits everything else. all your exterior need such as your polsiher (assuming you have a PCXP) polishes wax/sealent wheel cleaner, tire gel, car wash (if you have a smaller amount not anything about 32 oz) and a couple other things...

try looking at an art supply store in your local town. you might get one just as good for way cheaper.

im not totally sure but im sure you could use it of a panel that has been painted before just not on something that has been painted recently. but some repaints do tend to come with softer clears so maybe they're just cautioning you?
