Get some lower dust brake pads like Akebono ceramics. I've replaced 3 out of 4 cars with Akebonos because of this. Once the 4th one's pads are done, I will be replacing with the same. You could go 2 months without a wash, and the rims hardly look dirty (not an exaggeration).
