I use a Werner platform from Lowe's. It's a little over 4 feet long, 20 inches tall and about 15 inches or so wide to stand on. The legs fold up for storage. With that said, I'm 5'11" and still have to get on my tippy toes to reach the middle.

You could use FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) panels. They come in sheets. The ones I've seen are white with a bumpy, textured finish, very glossy. Kinda pricey, but you could wash with a hose and detergent. Or like WAXOFF said paint. Use semi-gloss and it will be easier to clean and more...

It really doesn't get all that dirty in between cleanings. I wanted something mild. For this it seemed to work rather well. Some of the rear cup holders had some spillage that needed a stronger cleaner. For those I used the Zep Citrus.
