    Well all carnauba waxes have solvents in them, carnauba starts off as a solid that is much harder than concrete, solvents are used so that it can be put into a usable form. Generaly solid waxes like a paste have the least amount of solvents where as a liquid has the most. Of course it matters...

    I am concerned that all of the solvents used to get rock hard carnauba into a liquid will also dissolve the layers of wax that is already on the paint. I want to use it as a wax booster after every other wash or so but i am thinking that all of those solvents will just take off everything and...

    Well you dont have to compound the whole panel, you can just spot polish the scratch. But that area *might* look different than the rest of the car/panel.

    Heat cracked your windsheild???!:confused: I have a big ole 1200 watt tri pod light. Its so big that I sometimes dont even use it. Its gets real hot, I have to stand at least 10ft away or else I will get baked, def. not a good idea for those hot days.

    Hummm..... Its probably has to do with the material/texture/color of the black leather dash. The seats are made of the same stuff and they didnt shine. So far I have heard PB natural look, OPT protectant, Klasse vinyl/rubber, and surf city. Out of all those which one has the most matte look? BTW...

    Right, I have tough about that. I always do a extra rinse cycle to make sure they are extra clean. I am going to try that white vinegar trick today.

    Hummm.... I heard optimum has a bit of a bad smell, but it goes away real fast. I might try the Klasse stuff. Is there any other one that you can think of that is really really matte? This guy is real picky when it comes to his interior;) After I put the DP on he said it "looks like a taxi cab"...

    I have it, it works ok. What happends to me is the blob eliminator wears the paint away past the level of the surrounding paint. But its better than sanding trough my clear coat!
